Dr. Hicks received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Loma Linda University in 1980 & he completed a Family Practice Residency at S.B. Hays Army Community Hospital in Fort Ord, CA in 1983. Dr. Hicks has been practicing Family Medicine & Geriatrics in south Orange County for over 25 years. He is Board Certified in both Family Medicine & Hospice & Palliative Care.
Dr. Hicks’ philosophy is that each patient is someone’s mother, father, brother or sister. Not a diagnosis. Each has a fascinating history. Dr. Hicks enjoys spending time with his family on his days off. He has two married daughters & six grandchildren. Dr. Hicks is well known for his warmth, for his outreach & for his great smile.
